Starting in middle school and lasting through college and her adult life, Chelsea has always been involved in sports and fitness. She competing in numerous sports and activities, including:
- Field Hockey
- Rowing (Collegiate Level)
- Distance Running
- Weightlifting Competitions
Sports has always been a part of her life. But it wasn’t until later that she realized her passion for personal training. After recovering from a back injury, she rediscovered her strength training and has not looked back since.
Chelsea also believes that fitness isn’t limited to your muscles – it comes from your mind as well. That’s why she also focuses on developing healthy self-esteem, and creating the right mindset for your body, your nutrition, and your journey through health.
Chelsea never promotes fad diets, and will always be honest about the best course of action with your fitness and nutrition. But her focus will be on figuring out how to develop a solid, moderate nutrition plan for lifelong satisfaction while you achieve weight loss and weight management success.
